Members from all of our organization contribute their time and skills and, in meaningful ways, touch many lives in our communities.
An estimated 250 local middle school students and their families learn about the variety of health professions at our Indianapolis hospital.
St. Francis Health
Franciscan St. Frances Health-Mooresville donated trauma packs to local police. The packs provide needed supplies ot keep the officers and other alive until help arrives.
Safe Kids Day, held in November, offers participants an opportunity to learn about ways to stay safe, including bicycle and car safety, fire and disaster planning, and concussion awareness.
St. Anthony Health - Crown Point
Over 400 people participated in the Fourth Annual Spirit of Women Day of Dance that included health screenings, vendor bazaar, fitness sessions, and health information.
The 18th Annual Love Light Ceremony honors loved ones, living or dead. Families make a donation for each light, which is in turn donated to charitable causes in the community.
St. Anthony Health - Michigan City
Franciscan St. Anthony Health-Michigan City partnered with Purdue University North Central nursing program to learn about disaster preparedness and safety measures.
Volunteers providing sewing lessons and other life skills to young moths and mothers-to-be that in the residential program at the St. Monica Home.
St. Margaret Health
During the holidays, Franciscan Healthcare – Munster partnered with Munster High School’s football coach to collect toys and gifts for over 500 area children.
Franciscan Healthcare - Munster
Over 450 people attended health related workshops on improving personal health in 2015. Thanks to partnerships with Franciscan Physician Network, the local newspaper, and the county’s health partnership.
St. Elizabeth Health - Crawfordsville
Safe Kids Day featured interactive safety displays, presentations, and activites to educate families on injury prevention.
St. Elizabeth Health - Lafayette
Carelinks Transportation Service provides information and rides to residents that need assistance getting medical care.
St. James Health
Franciscan St. James Health Primary Care Clinic provides a ‘medical home’ to those who can’t afford care or insurance.
Each year, mass prophylaxis training exercises are held to practice emergency procedures. Medical and hospital staff practiced medication management this year.
St. Elizabeth Health - Rensselaer
Franciscan Alliance provides medical and other supplies, health care and other services, screenings, support groups, educational opportunities and presentations, monetary donations, and other sponsorships. Members from all of our organization contribute their time and skills and, in meaningful ways, touch many lives in our communities.
