Pilates Studio

Simply put, Pilates training is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

There are many ways to enjoy Pilates at Franciscan Health Fitness Centers! All of our mat classes come FREE with your membership. Morning, evening, and weekend times are available throughout the week. You will learn to improve your posture and increase your flexibility, while lengthening and strengthening your muscles.

All Pilates classes are instructed by a certified Pilates instructor. Keep your eyes open for our Pilates open house days throughout the year.

Private training, semi-private training, and small group training classes are all available.

With private training, you will work one on one with a certified trainer. This is great if you are new to Pilates training. Your trainer will give you the best instruction so you can get the most out of you session. Want to work out with a friend? Then our semi-private training is for you.

Small group sessions are three persons to a group with a certified trainer. You will receive the same benefits- just more fun with more people! Sessions run in 8 week increments. You can sign up for a pre-set time or we will work with you to set up a time that is perfect for your group.
