This error might come up if your password is expired. To reset your password: 1. Open Franc from your desktop 2. Click on Support Center and under Support Center Quick Links, click on Password Help (IS Connect Password Self-Service) 3. Enter your user ID and complete Captcha 4. Verify identity through 2 methods: SMS Verification (code will be sent to mobile phone) and Question and Answers 5. Receive temporary new password. Copy this new password. 6. Click on the Franciscan Alliance IS Connect Logo (left hand corner of screen) 7. Prompted to change password from temporary password. |
