How To Log In

User ID:

·        Employee ID that is 6 numbers.

·        ID Number may be located on the back of  your badge.

·        Add a 0 in front of the ID if there is only 5 numbers.

Password:

·        Network password you use to sign into Citrix or Outlook.

·        Consists of 8 or more characters.

·        Has both upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers.


 
Your User ID and/or Password are invalid

This error might come up if your password is expired or locked.  To reset or unlock your password:

1.      Open Internet Explorer from the desktop.

2.      Click Reset Password and ID Lookup under Quick Links.

3.      Login to P-Sync

4.      Click Pick a new password.

5.      Enter a new password and confirm it or click unlock if account is locked.


 

If some of your Self-service page's do not display correctly.

Internet Explorer 9 and above are not supported by Peoplesoft.

If you are using Internet Explorer 9 and above, you will need to use a feature called Compatibility View once you are in PeopleSoft.

Go to Internet Explorer Help for your level of Internet Explorer and search for Compatibility View.


 

Monthly Maintenance

Downtime

Employee Self-Service will be down for monthly maintenance the 3rd Sunday of every month from 3:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time until 3:15 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
